Agenda: 

1.  Discussion and agree on the formation of the Association.  

2.  Approve the name of the association.  

3.  Approve the place of business (address) to be registered.  

4.  Appoint Members of the Pro-tem Committee for handling the registration of the association.  

5.  Approve the constitution and rules of the association to be registered. 

6.  Appoint secretariat to undertake registration, develop organizational resources and operate the Association day-today.
